Our estimated opening hours are as follows:
Customization: It is no longer possible to produce custom orders, whether chips or playing cards, but pre-orders are accepted. It is expected that in early March, production reservation orders will be placed according to the order received. Reservation orders require an initial payment of half of the entire order as a deposit.
Spot orders can be placed directly, and shipments are expected to stop at the end of the month. If you need this batch of goods urgently, please let us know so that we can prepare and ship the goods for you faster. Foreign logistics companies are also expected to have a holiday at the end of the month. Please confirm their order cutoff time before making payment to prevent packages from being delivered in time and goods being detained. If this occurs, additional charges may be incurred. Therefore, in order to reduce your expenses, please check these.
If it exceeds the above estimated time, please ask us in detail before confirming the order so that we can update you with the latest information.
Our sales time is later than that of the production department. I will have a holiday around February 5th and resume work around February 20th. During the holiday period, you can still leave a message if you encounter any problems, and we will reply to you after checking. Please forgive me if the reply to messages during this period is not timely.
If you are going to start purchasing next month, this will be a very good opportunity. During this period, you can purchase samples, test and check the quality. That way, you can place your order right away and have us schedule production once we resume work.
